As a child, tWitch was always seen moving and dancing hip-hop, which is how he earned his nickname. He graduated from Lee High School in Montgomery, Alabama in 2000 and continued to study dance at Southern Union State Community College in Wadley, Alabama. tWitch first appeared on television when he placed second on Star Search behind America's Best Dance Crew group Super Crew. Then in 2003, Boss went to Los Angeles and auditioned to become a contestant on MTV's The Wade Robson Project where he eventually placed third in the competition. At the same time, he attended Chapman University in Southern California where he studied dance.
So You Think You Can DanceEdit
tWitch continues to teach dance classes and workshops around the world and has even created an online video sketch-comedy in December of 2009 called TheKommune.com. He landed the movie roles of Jason in Step Up 3D and Taz, in Stomp the Yard 2: Homecoming. tWitch is part of dance groups Breed OCLA and Chill Factor Crew and is participating in the non-profit, Dizzy Feet Foundation, which supports underprivileged youth in dance education and opportunities. tWitch married fellow dancer, Allison Holker, who also appeared on So You Think You Can Dance in 2013. In the summer of 2015, tWitch plays the role of Malik in the movie Magic Mike XXL. More recently, he was the substitute judge on the current season of So You Think You Can Dance.
He is married to Allison Holker and is the stepfather to her daughter. In March 2016, Allison gave birth to their son.
