About So You Think You Can Dance Wiki

So You Think You Can Dance is a reality TV show created by Simon Fuller and Nigel Lythgoe that Airs on Fox . Each season dancers from around the country audition in various cities and ultimately in Las Vegas to get a spot in the Top 20. Once dancers are in the Top 20, they perform each week for the TV Audience who in terms votes for their favorite Dancer.

Season 7 Winner

CONGRATULATIONS to Lauren Froderman as the winner of Season 7. Fresh out of high school before joining SYTYCD, Lauren was ecstatic to dance her way into victory on August 12th. Although she is excited about her win, she will have little time to celebrate as she joins previous castmates on the SYTYCD tour, kicking off September 19th in New Orleans. This Phoenix, AZ native will receive the $250,000 cash prize in addition to having the honor of being featured as Gatorade's first dance athlete in Gatorade's G Series advertising campaign this fall. Lastly, she will also grace the cover of Dance Spirit magazine this fall.
